Audio Version of Fathers at Birth

In the near future we will be releasing the audio version of Fathers at Birth, as read by the author, Rose St John. We feel this will provide a nice complement to the print version currently available. This will be especially appropriate for the over-scheduled fathers who sincerely want to be an active part of their partner's birth, yet have little time for reading. Listening to the audio on the car stereo during commutes or listening on the home audio system while browsing web sites will enable busy expectant fathers to find the time for this invaluable guide to being a knowledgeable and prepared birth partner.

Mothers at Birth

Rose St John's companion to Fathers at Birth is currently in development and planned for a late 2010 release by Ringing Bell Press. Mothers at Birth does for mothers what Fathers at Birth did for fathers. Just as St John led fathers to discover that they already possess in their very natures, what they need to be a significant contributor to the birth, she helps pregnant mothers to realize in themselves what they already possess: the body wisdom, the feminine power, to have a successful, intimate, transcendent birth. She accomplishes this, just as she did with Fathers at Birth, by arming her readers with a skillful combination of practical knowledge, effective tools for managing labor and delivery, and a deep understanding of the transcendent nature of pregnancy and birth.
